Brooklyn is growing, evolving, mutating and merging constantly in its semi-grid structure. The elegant historic Brooklyn is meeting the audacious contemporary Brooklyn. In this sporadic transition there is a poetic rhythm and beauty in terms of color, layer and surface.

Brooklyn, a visual poem is an unconventional way of recording constantly changing Brooklyn. To create the images for this project, videos were shot at various locations in Brooklyn at different times of the day. The videos were processed in code and converted into visual bits representing colors and layers of the place.
